Twitter Experiencing Connectivity Issues: Twitter Growing Pains
Thursday, March 19, 2009 at 12:26PM Twitter is growing fast.
This represents opportuny for those in business growing along side the Twitter phenomenon... but it also represents some frustration. Is it Twitter or YOUR connection?

Try back at Twitter later today--they typically get this resolved fairly quickly (they are growing at incomprehensible levels, similar to where Facebook was at a couple years ago... and we all know where they ended up!)

Really enjoyed the Twitter video tutorials Mike.
The popularity of Twitter, especially during peak times is causing it to run slow. I have also been seeing TV broadcast media starting to give out their own Twitter urls. It would seem that Twitter will continue to grow for a long time to come. I would expect they may want to try other features as well but hope they keep it simple like it now is. I think the simplicity of it is why it is growing so fast.
Thanks again for all the free tutorials you have been posting. I know you have been working hard and long hours, and it is well appreciated.

I had problems with Twitter today it would occasionally pop up saying experience high volume usage. It comes and goes like that. Personally it isn't enough of a nuisance for me to warrant halting my use of it. I figure the big boys will get it figured out soon enough that they need more server capacity to handle the demand. If not well I am sure they will have to one way or another.
