Mike Klingler:
Quite a few people had asked about where we are at with the members’ update e-mails. I think you guys have gotten to the point where you are sending out second or third e-mails just to remind people about the View bar who hadn’t downloaded it yet. Can you give an update on that?
Agloco's Brian Greenwald:
Yes, sure. We’ve sent e-mails to the entire membership and we will keep sending e-mails out until people either download the Viewbar or ask us not to send anymore e-mails. And again trying to get people to download the Viewbar is something that we do expect will take some time and that’s something to be expected but we are approaching now 25% activation and we’re moving up.
Mike Klingler:
The Last Member question that I have today is something that you’ve already addressed a few times in different ways, but maybe it might help to address it again; and that’s just the issue of the pay-out. You had given an example in the blog of 15 cents and that got some people in the blog in an uproar thinking, “Oh, that’s too low,” but that was just an example. Can you elaborate and just re-emphasize that issue again?
Agloco's Brian Greenwald:
Sure, yeah. I think that’s a big question on a lot of people’s mind so I am glad you asked. Truthfully, it’s pretty much impossible right now to predict how much the pay-outs will be and to even start giving predictions could set wrong expectations. And as you mentioned in my last blog post I used a completely random number to demonstrate a type of pay-out we might use and some people started taking that number pretty seriously, even after I posted a multiple sentence disclaimer explaining that it would be a mistake to do so.
So now obviously I am even more reluctant than ever to give anything resembling a prediction as to how much members will make. But I can say, and this is something I have said all along, (that while I am hesitant to give out specific numbers), the same fact remains that pay-outs will be calibrated to the revenue that we earn. It’s very important for Agloco to remain a sustainable entity in the long-term.
Keep in mind that it will take time for Agloco to maximize the revenue opportunities that exist. For instance, right now we have random untargeted ads rotating slowly. Soon the ads will be targeted and rotating quickly and those capabilities will continue to improve over time.
Also, remember that ads are only one form of revenue available on the Internet. It’s one of the things that we talk about on the website.
As Agloco moves forward we will be able to take advantage of the ability to act collectively to earn money for our members wherever money is being made on the Internet.
Again, we talked about it a bit. Just remember that money is being made out of almost every activity on the web. Every time you click an ad or conduct a search, buy a product, download software, join a community, and the list goes on… and we’re consistently making progress maximizing these revenue opportunities.
We’re going to continue to approach more and more of taking advantage of those opportunities, but it will take years before all those avenues are explored, before we have all the revenue that we want and hopefully the ramp up is faster [than it’s been here in the launch]. And we expect to be, but there is going to be a tail while we continuing to build revenues sources.
One of the things that we’ve always wanted for members is to take an active part and identifying these potential sources, sharing it with us so that we can give the community more and more.
But knowing that it will take time to move from ads, to ads and search, to ads and software download (optional of course), and so on… This is why I’ve repeated that the pay outs will start relatively modest and build up, and as time goes on we will take better and better advantage of the revenue generating opportunities on the Internet. And now that the Viewbar is out we’ve begun that process.
Something that I thought about, actually, when you asked that question… I’ve seen some members suggest that we start paying before we are really able to do so. I will just say right now something that I’ve said on the blog: We are not going to do that.
I think the first time I said it was when I said something along the lines of, “We are not going to make a promise our balance sheet can’t keep;” and I think it’s only responsible to do that.
And don’t get me wrong it’s very tempting to want to pay members quickly. I hope members listening that realize that. It is really in our best interest to pay members as quickly as possible and as efficiently as possible because that is a lot of the reason why our community exists. But we need to have a healthy sustainable community first.
Really this temptation is exactly where AllAdvantage made its mistake and I know sometimes we are compared to that and I know that our partners and potential investors are monitoring that closely as well. So we need to make sure we are healthy and sustainable and a strong community; and frankly that’s a large part why the company will be owned by the members. So they can take part in the rewards from this building process over time. And those earning hours now will be rewarded for building the company with us. And I talked a little bit about that in my last blog post. And, that’s very exciting.
Keep in mind that the Agloco management team hasn’t seen any payments since Agloco was founded. I haven’t seen a dime from Agloco since I began working on it almost a year ago.
Really, my hope is with the options and Agloco’s management company, which as we stated gets 10%, will someday become valuable. No one on the management team has taken any fees, no one has been paid, and the structure is set up so that no one will be paid until the members are paid.
All the revenue that we’ve earned so far and all the revenue that we continue to earn before payments is pretty much going back to making Agloco that sustainable entity and getting us ready for member pay outs.

Mike Klingler:
Well I am really glad you brought that up that you guys haven’t received payment and I knew that and I forgot to mention it. I think it’s a really important point because basically
this whole situation has given regular people all around the world an opportunity to take part in a similar opportunity that you have being in building the corporation. We’re basically all in the same boat building the corporation.
The disadvantage of that, if you want to see it that way, is when you’re starting a company, which we all are here including the members, you have a delayed gratification.
And that goes for anybody who starts a company. The people who started YouTube, or who started Google; they didn’t receive payment for the bulk of those first hard working years, at least many months, and usually years.
And that’s the same thing here.
But the benefit of that, in the long run, is that we all get to benefit form the growing sharing of the profits. And that’s what the appeal is to me, and the long term sustainability is really what has attracted me to this whole thing. I am excited about it and I am glad you shared that.
Agloco's Brian Greenwald:
Yeah, I think that it’s important that the management team incentives are aligned with those of the members and we’ve strived to create a system where that’s true and we definitely appreciate member feedback regarding the things that we can do to make that even better.
Mike Klingler:
Well Brian I know that we are a couple of minutes passed what you could do and you’ve been very generous with your time, and I really appreciate you coming on here. When can members expect to see a blog post or an update, at least the next one coming up?
Agloco's Brian Greenwald:
It’s hard for me to say exactly because I’ll be on the road but I will try to get it out there in the next couple of days.
Mike Klingler:
Ok, well fantastic.
Agloco's Brian Greenwald:
If members have questions about anything I said I would love to hear thoughts, comments, questions, as I always encourage on the blog and I do read every single comments.
Mike Klingler:
That’s wonderful. Well, fantastic. Thank you for being a part of all of this and I want to thank again the members who have contributed, who have taken a really constructive way to participate. Brian just in closing – how would you suggest members continue, as you building the company as you guys are out there putting all of this together? What’s your best recommendation for members who want to be proactive they want to be involved between now and when the revenues begin and the pay outs begin and everyone is happy. What should people be doing between now and then?
Agloco's Brian Greenwald:
I think the most important thing is something that you talked about just a minute ago and that is to remember what it is that we are trying to do. We are trying to make this change on the Internet happen and we are building a company. And it’s not a get rich quick scheme. We will pay out real money to real people. It’s not just going to come out of thin air and we have to build this company… we have to build the revenue sources.
And the members are doing it with us, and we know that and we can’t wait to really push forward and reward members for their effort, but we just need to stay positive and keep going and we will continue to update members as well as when relevant changes occur.
Mike Klingler:
Fantastic. I just want to though out the website that I am going to encourage people to come to as well to participate in future member involvement, of course this is long term stuff. What we are trying to do at the website that we put together is have a place for members who want to be constructive, proactive, to work together with suggestions that we can pass onto Agloco overtime. And we really want to organize those and make them into something that we’ve thought about not just throwing them against the wall like a lot of times we see. But really organize! So those of you who want to be involved with that check out www.theleaderblog.com and check out the general discussion area.

Agloco's Brian Greenwald:
I want to make a quick comment. Thanks to you Mike for setting this up. It’s really good to be able to just speak and I hope that members do make comments on the blog and share, whether they like what was said, they didn’t like it, want more information, don’t want, and sometimes I will be able to accommodate and when I can I will certainly like to.….
Thanks so much to all the members who have really helped build this community, provided feedback, and have been active members and listeners and talkers. Keep it up! Thank you!
Mike Klingler:
Thanks again Brian for being on and taking the time to share with us and I look forward to see things unfold as we go forward.
Agloco's Brian Greenwald:
Thanks and take care everybody.
Mike Klingler:
Bye bye.
How to Sell to Network Marketers to Increase Your Internet Income
If you've followed any of my articles or other blogs, you already know about the best audience you should be selling to if you do any kind of Internet marketing: Network Marketers.
Even if you never want to be in a network marketing company yourself, you have an incredible opportunity right now to make a ton of money by teaching network marketers how to do what you already know how to do. They want to know basic internet marketing concepts, strategies and how-to's.
But depending on your level of skill and experience, you may or may not know some basics. So let's start there:
- Your top market is English speaking people (it's OK if that is your 2nd language)
- Focus on network marketers
- Create a blog for network marketers
- Focus that blog on educating about Internet Marketing
- Start very basic--there are millions of networkers trying to do business online
- Focus on how they can get leads without paying for them
- Build an email list
- Focus on providing value--don't just sell to them--teach them simple things you know
- Show them where to advertise
- Sell eBooks to them that teach them more
- Do a Joint Venture with a network marketer (once you have your list, you email them about a network marketing opportunity and let a pro sign them up for you using the phone).
- Continue to provide valuable help to that list over and over
- Continue to sell to that list over and over
Where you do start?
If you know how to create a blog, even if it's basic, start there. Make one blog focused on attracting Network Marketers.
That's not so hard to do. Right now, and for the next several years, network marketers will be looking to the Internet for the first time to learn how to do Internet Marketing to attract prospects into their business.
You have to begin by learning how I'm doing this successfully. Read up on my other blog, which is designed for network marketers, and you'll start to get the picture. Go to http://www.networkmarketingsolved.com to begin.
Partners in success,
