Black Belt Recruiters Focus On the Right Prospects

 By Mike Klingler

Network marketing Recruiting, or Black Belt Recruiting as Mike Dillard calls it, is a two sided process. The first side involves the prospect making a decision as to whether your business opportunity is right.

The second side involves you as a distributor making a decision as to whether the prospect is right for your business opportunity.

Black Belt Recruiting, the new recruiting training course by Mike Dillard and Mark Wieser helps make the distinction.

So who is the right prospect?

There are a number of mistakes that many network marketing distributors make when it comes down to which prospects are the right prospects to focus on. To be an effective Black Belt recruiter, you must spend the majority of your time with the right prospects.

Of course, there are do's and don'ts to internet network marketing but applied correctly, it can help you zero in on the right prospect.

One of the most common misconceptions many distributors have is the idea that the right prospect is someone who is interested in learning more about the business opportunity. Black Belt Recruitiers know interest has very little to do with whether someone is the right prospect for your network marketing business.

Case in point, if you follow the American Idol television show, there are many people that are interested in becoming the American idol. Look no further than the tens of thousands of people that show up at one of the tryouts. However, if you notice, only a small minority of the people who are interested in becoming American idols are actually qualified to become the next American idol.

The same holds true in the network marketing industry. Your goal is not to simply find people that are interested in starting a network marketing business opportunity. Your goal is to find people that are qualified for starting a network marketing business opportunity.

This is contrary to the way many network marketers build their businesses. Many network marketers would be perfectly happy to sit down with a prospect that is interested in learning more about their network marketing business. They encounter so many people that are not interested when they finally find someone that is, they jump on the opportunity.

Just like American idol wouldn’t select someone who isn’t qualified to make the ongoing competition, Black Belt recruiters  don’t want to select someone who isn’t qualified to work a network marketing business. Spending time with prospects that don’t qualify is a complete waste of time and productivity.

Generating your own leads as opposed to buying leads from a leads company provider is one way you can pre-qualify your leads and build a relationship with them. This way, you can come to know if they are right for your business.

Have you ever wondered why so many people in your organization don’t do anything when you recruit them?

While some of it is natural attrition because of the nature of our industry some of it is also due to prospecting and recruiting people who aren’t qualified to do this business.

Black belt recruiters focus on the right types of prospects for their business. When you focus on the right prospects to begin with, you significantly reduce your overall workload by not wasting your time with the wrong prospects. This allows you to work your prospect list efficiently and effectively so that you can recruit the maximum number of people into your organization.

Mike Dillard on Being a Black Belt Recruiter

Mike Dillard is a black belt recruiter in network marketing; a good one. Being a black belt means he has highly developed skills in the area of recruiting. But he didn’t get there overnight.

In his program Black Belt Recruiting, Mike Dillard talks about what it is to be a black belt. He shares with you some of the struggles he has had in network marketing, but more importantly, he shares with you how he got past them. Mike Dillard is willing to save you tons of time and effort in recruiting people into your network marketing business.

Black belt recruiting is about attitude. Mike Dillard’s attitude about recruiting is exceptional. He knows that being a top notch recruiter makes all the difference in the world to his network marketing business.

And yet, surprisingly, he doesn’t care if you join him or not!

He’s confident his system will provide for his needs.

The Black Belt Recruiting Program – What You Get

Dillard’s system is Black Belt Recruiting, and the good news is you can use it increase the numbers of people you are able to sponsor into your network marketing business.

Mike Dillard has taken his vast experience in recruiting and made it available to anyone who wants to implement it. All the lessons he’s learned are put together for you in a simple, easy to use format.

The book is an easy read, and the CD’s are filled with insight and examples as Mike and his mentor, Mark Weiser share their personal tips for network marketing success.

Mike Dillard knew little more than any other network marketing newbie does when first starting.

He suffered serious setbacks and disappointments just like many of us and he was prey to many old school recruiting methods.

Then he made a simple discovery that changed his life.

Mike Dillard discovered what it means to be an Alpha Leader. He learned how to lead the field and be proactive in recruiting. He learned how to have prospects call him rather than him chasing after them.

He’s put all these lessons together in his book Magnetic Sponsoring and now in his Black Belt Recruiting Program.

Becoming an Alpha Leader in Your Network Marketing Business

Being an alpha leader is to know your stuff, and use it to your advantage. Black Belt Recruiting shows you how to develop alpha characteristics. Then it shows you how to use them to take your recruiting to new levels.

Black belts are leaders, and those who deal with them know it. Black belts attract people to them, and because of that they never go without new leads or prospects.

But successful recruiting is more than attitude. It’s how to create and work in a system. Black Belt Recruiting gives you the tools to build a system which allows you to develop and exercise your black belt techniques.

Black belt recruiters know there are enough leads to satisfy their business needs. They know how to cultivate them, how to follow up on them, and how to close them. Being a black belt will take your business and recruiting to new heights. Mike Dillard’s Black Belt Recruiting system teaches you how to separate yourself from the pack and become a leader.

Black Belt Recruiting - Karate Chop the Fears!

Click to leverage the launch of Black Belt Recruiting.

Mike Dillard has done it again.  His new book, Black Belt Recruiting, leads network marketers one step further down the path of successful attraction marketing... by empowering them to connect properly on the phone.

Mark Weiser provided much of the content in the Black Belt Recruiting book as well.  He's one of the big names in recruiting on the phone in the network marketing industry.  Mike Dillard and Mark Weiser team up to put some power in your follow up.

But this isn't cold-calling.  Mike Dillard's first books, Magnetic Sponsoring, MLM Traffic Formula and recently, Building on a Budget, prepared network marketers to generate their own leads.

Black Belt Recruiting teaches them how to connect and recruit those leads they generate.
