Why are Nurses and Health Care Professionals seeking network marketing. As Health care workers: Nursing, Psychiatric, and Home Health Aides help care for physically or mentally ill, injured, disabled, or infirm individuals in hospitals, nursing care facilities, and mental health settings. Home health aides have duties that are similar, but they work in patients’ homes or residential care facilities.
Nursing aides and home health aides are among the occupations commonly referred to as direct care workers, due to their role in working with patients who need long-term care. The specific care they give depends on their specialty.
Nursing aides also known as nurse aides, nursing assistants, certified nursing assistants, geriatric aides, unlicensed assistance personnel, orderlies, or hospital attendants provide hands-on care and perform routine tasks under the supervision of nursing and medical staff.
Home health aides help elderly, convalescent, or disabled persons live in their own homes instead of health care facilities.
Psychiatric aides, also known as mental health assistants or psychiatric nursing assistants, care for mentally impaired or emotionally disturbed individuals.
Nursing, psychiatric, and home health aides held about 2.3 million jobs in 2006. Nursing aides held the most jobs—approximately 1.4 million. Home health aides held roughly 787,000 jobs, and psychiatric aides held about 62,000 jobs. About 52 percent of nursing aides worked in nursing and residential care facilities and another 29 percent worked in hospitals. Home health aides were mainly employed by home health care services, nursing and residential care facilities and social assistance agencies.
About 47 percent of all psychiatric aides worked in hospitals, primarily in psychiatric and substance abuse hospitals, although some also worked in the psychiatric units of general medical and surgical hospitals. Others were employed in State government agencies; residential mental retardation, mental health, and substance abuse facilities; and nursing and residential care facilities.
Network marketing has a lot to offer, nurses, health care professionals!
Nurses are drawn to network marketing for good reasons. Anyone that who represents the caring profession is, supportive, and hardworking. Their genuine desire to help others indicates a perfect fit for this business.
Nurses are under incredible pressure - a health care system in chaos is not a healthy environment to work in. Erratic hours chronic staff shortages, the risk of contagious diseases, an increasing demands on their time can easily lead to stress, exhaustion, and burnout!
Network marketing is an opportunity to make a worthwhile contribution without sacrificing your own sanity. Their natural empathy helps nurses build strong relationships, and their genuine desire to help others makes them nurturing leaders.
Not to mention that most nurses do not get to spend that much time with there family. Children thrive with their parents at home. The first years shape who they are going to be as a person. Everyone knows the first 5 years of a child's life is the most important. There are NO second chances at raising a child. Losing memories is just not worth it to me.
I have been in nursing for 22 years. Network Marketing has been a wonderful match for me and getting to set my own hours to meet my family needs has been priceless. Health care workers give a lot of themselves to others. My experience with Network Marketing shows another way of sharing and helping others - meet the needs that mean so much to them. Quality time with family.
