Magnetic Sponsoring: Mike Dillard on Becoming Successful in Network Marketing by Helping Others

Whenever you’re in the people business, it’s the help you bring others that brings home the bacon, not the product or service you sell. Mike Dillard, in his 2008 book, Magnetic Sponsoring captures this point. At the end of Chapter 4, when Dillard recounts the things that make him money, he says:

What separates you from the top distributors in the network marketing industry?

Are they smarter than you?

Do they look better than you?

Do they come from more privileged backgrounds or have some other hidden advantage that you don’t have?

Jim Rohn one of the foremost business philosophers in the world today said the following…

“Success is something you attract. Success is not something you pursue.”

Therefore, the only difference between you and the top distributors in the industry is that the top distributors have done a better job than you in making themselves more attractive to success.
